Malabar Fish Curry Recipe |

Method: |
• Soak the tamarind in water for an hour. Extract the pulp and keep it aside • Grind coconut and turmeric powder with enough water to a fine paste. • Add green chillies, chilli powder, ginger, salt, tamarind pulp to the coconut paste and mix well. • Heat Oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When they splutter add onions and curry leaves. • When the onions turn light brown add the coconut paste mixture and leave it to boil. • Add the fish pieces and cook till the fish is cooked and gravy becomes thick. • Malabar Fish Curry is ready to serve. |
