• Heat Oil in a pan. Add the first 8 ingredients and fry it for sometime. Leave it to cool. • Once coooled, grind them along with salt, asafoetida and water to a fine paste but not too watery. • Heat Oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds. When they splutter add turmeric powder and the paste. • Boil it and leave it in simmer until the oil seperates out and the gravy is thick. • Milagu Kuzhambu is ready to serve with hot rice and Appalams/Pappadoms. |
