Palakoora Pulusu Recipe |
Ingredients:• 1 bunch spinach leaves |
Method: |
• Soak tamarind in water for about an hour and extract the pulp. • Boil 1/2 cup of water in a pan. Add chopped spinach leaves. Cover and cook. • Add tamarind juice, onions and tomatoes, chilli powder, sugar and salt. Reduce till thick. • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add urad dal, cumin seeds, and asafetida. Add this seasoning to the gravy. • Palakura Pulusu is ready to serve. |
