Tomato Rasam Recipe |
Ingredients:• 2 tbl spn toor dal |
Method: |
• Pressure cook toor dal in water and mash it very well, add water. • Heat a little oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds. When they start popping, add curry leaves, asafortida. • Add dal water, tomatoes and bring it to boil. • Add tamarind, salt and rasam powder. • Garnish with coriander leaves. Tomato Rice is ready to serve with rice and curry |
