Thayir Pachadi Recipe

Ingredients:
• chopped Red Onions
• chopped Tomatoes
• grated Carrot
• Cucumber cut into small pieces
• generous amount of Curd
• Salt to taste

Method:

• Beat curd to a smooth consistency.
• Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Thayir Pachai is ready.
• You can also season the Thayir Pachadi. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, pinch of Asafoetida, few Curry leaves, chopped green chillies. Add them to the vegetable and curd mixture. Thayir Pachadi is ready to serve.
• You can add vegetables of you choice chopped or grated. Thayir Pachadi is very flexible to make. |
