Chilli Gobi Recipe




Ingredients:

• Cauliflower florets
• finely chopped Onions
• finely chopped Green chillies
• 1 Cup gram flour
• 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
• chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

Method:
• Mix flour, red chili powder and salt with little water to a thick consistency.
• Dip cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry in oil. Drain excess oil.
• Heat oil in a pan.
• Add green chillies and chopped onions. Saute till it turns golden brown.
• Add fried cauliflower florets and saute for few minutes.
• Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
