Chilli Gobi Recipe |

Method: |
• Mix flour, red chili powder and salt with little water to a thick consistency. • Dip cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry in oil. Drain excess oil. • Heat oil in a pan. • Add green chillies and chopped onions. Saute till it turns golden brown. • Add fried cauliflower florets and saute for few minutes. • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot. |
