Karamani Adai Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Rice Flour
• 1 Cup Jaggery
• pinch of Salt
• 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
• 1/4 Cup small pieces of Coconut
• 1/2 Cup cooked Black eyed Beans

Method:

• Dry roast the rice flour. Keep it aside.
• Boil 1 Cup of water and dissolve the jaggery.
• When the jaggery boils, add the rice flour, black eyed beans, coconut pieces, salt and cardamom powder and mix well.
• Keep stirring till the mixture becomes firm enough to form balls. Remove from heat.
• Make balls and steam them for about 10-15 minutes • Karamani Adai is ready to eat. |
