Milagai Bajji Recipe

Ingredients:
• 8 Bhajji Milagai
• 1/4 Cup Rice flour
• 1 Cup Gram flour
• 1 tsp Chilli powder
• pinch of Asafoetida
• pinch of Baking soda
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

Method:

• Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
• Mix gram flour, rice flour, chilli powder, asafoetida, baking soda, salt along with little water to a thick consistency.
• Dip the bhajji milagai in the batter and deep fry it.
• Drain the oil and serve it hot with Chutney or Tomato Ketchup |
