Stuffed Milagai Bajji Recipe |

Method: |
• Make a slit lengthwise in the middle, keeping the ends of the bajji milagai intact. With a knife or a spoon remove the seeds, and make space for stuffing. Put these slit, cleaned green chillies in bowl of salted water. • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. • Mix gram flour, rice flour, chilli powder, asafoetida, baking soda, salt along with little water to a thick consistency. • Fill the stuffing in the milagai bajji. • Dip the stuffed bhajji milagai in the batter and deep fry it. • Drain the oil and serve it hot with Chutney or Tomato Ketchup |
