Carrot Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:
• 500gms Carrot
• 300gms Sugar
• 500ml Milk
• 25gms Cashews
• 50gms Ghee
• 5 pods Elaichi (powdered)

Method:

• Heat 2 tcp ghee in a pan and roast the cashews.
• Peel and Shredd the carrots.
• Boil the milk in a pan.
• Add the carrots and cook.
• Once the carrot is cooked, add the sugar.
• Once the sugar gets dissolved.
• Add the elaichi powder, the roasted cashews and the remaining ghee. Mix well
• Carrot halwa is ready to eat hot or cold.
