Coconut Laddu Recipe

Ingredients:
• 250 g Sugar
• 2 Coconuts (grated)
• 3 tsp Cardamom powder
• 4 tbsp Ghee

Method:

• Heat pure ghee in a khadhai• When hot enough, add cardamom powder to it• Next add coconut and sugar. Stir the mixture until it becomes thick and difficult to stir.
• Remove from heat.
• Pour the mixture in a plate and make ladoos• Your coconut ladoos are ready! |
