Kezhvaragu Puttu Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1/2 Kg Kezhvaragu Flour (Ragi)
• 1 Coconut (shredded)
• 400 gms Sugar
• 5 tsp Ghee
• 1 tsp Elaichi Powder

Method:

• Add water little by little in the flour and keep mixing.
• Filter it in a sieve. Steam the sprinkled flour.
• Once cooked add the shredded coconut, sugar, elaichi powder and ghee. Mix well.
• Kezhvaragu Puttu is ready to eat.
