Mango Pachadi Recipe




Ingredients:

• 1 Mango Cut in to thin pieces
• 1/2 Cup Jaggery
• 2 Red Chillies
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp Urad dal
• pinch of Salt
• pinch of Turmeric powder
• Oil
• few Curry leaves
• 2 tsp Grated Coconut

Method:
• Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When they splutter add red chillies, urad dal, curry leaves.
• Add the mango pieces, turmeric powder and salt. Cover cook with little water.
• Add jaggery. Cover and cook in medium heat till the oil seperates out • Add grated coconut and mix well.
• Mango Pachadi is ready to serve.
