Paal Kova Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 gallon whole milk
• 1 and 1/4 Cup Sugar
• 1tbsp Ghee

Method:

• In a heavy bottomed pan, bring the milk to boil. Reduce the flame and keep stirring now and then to avoid milk sticking to the pan.
• When the milk thickens, you can notice a colour change to yellow/light brown.
• Add sugar and keep stirring till it does not stick in the pan. Remove from heat and add ghee.
• Spread it in a greased plate. Allow it to cool and cut into desired shape.
• Paal Kova is ready to eat. |
