Paasi Paruppu Puttu Recipe

Ingredients:
• 2 Cup Paasi Paruppu (Moong Dal)
• 1/2 Cup Jaggery (shredded)
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Coconut (shredded)
• 1 tsp Elaichi powder

Method:

• Soak paasi paruppu in water for a while and grind to a thick paste.
• Steam the mixture. Once cooked and cooled, sprinkle it well.
• In a hot pan, add jaggery and little water for it to dissolve. Leave it to a boil.
• Add the syrup into the cooked paasi paruppu and mix well.
• Add the coconut, elaichi powder and sugar. Mix well.
• Paasi Paruppu Puttu is ready to eat.
