Pottukadalai Urundai Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Pottukadalai (roasted channa dal)
• 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup Ghee

Method:

• Dry roast the Pottukadalai and grind it into a fine powder.
• Grind the sugar to a fine powder.
• Mix the paasi paruppu powder and the powdered sugar.
• Heat ghee in a pan.
• Pour the ghee in the mixture. Mix well and make laddus when they are hot.
