Sigappu Arisi Kozhukkattai Recipe




Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Sigappu Arisi Flour (Red Rice Flour)
• 1/4 Cup Jaggery (shredded)
• 4 pods elaichi (powdered)
• 1/2 Coconut (cut into small pieces)

Method:
• In a hot pan, add jaggery and little water for it to dissolve. Leave it to boil and remove from heat.
• Add the syrup onto the flour and keep mixing.
• Add the coconut pieces, elaichi powder and mix well.
• Make laddus out of it (need not be of round shape).
• Steam the laddus.
• Once cooked can be served hot or cold.
