UradDal Laddu Recipe

Ingredients:
• 3 Cups Whole Urad dal
• 1 and 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 4 Cardamom
• Ghee

Method:

• Roast Urad Dal to golden brown• Grind the dal, sugar and cardamom to a fine powder.
• Roll the powder to balls with the help of ghee. The laddus will be firm if made using hot ghee.
• Urad Dal Laddu is ready. |
