Egg Dosa Recipe




Ingredients:

• Dosa Batter
• 1 Egg per Dosa
• chopped Onions (Optional)
• chopped Green Chillies (Optional)
• Salt to taste

Method:
• Beat an egg. Add salt. You can add onions and green chillies if you want.
• Heat a griddle. Spread a ladle of the batter not too thin and not too thick.
• Spread the beaten egg over the batter. Pour oil around the sides of the dosa. Cook it for 2 minutes.
• Flip the dosa and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
• Egg Dosa is ready to serve with Thuvayal or Chutney or Sambar.
