• Grind the ingredients under "For Red Paste" to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
• Keep the Potato Masala Ready.
• Heat a griddle. Spread a ladle of the batter not too thin and not too thick.
• Pour oil around the sides of the dosa. Cook it for 2 minutes.
• Flip the dosa and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
• Just before serving, spread a tbsp of red paste inside the dosa and stuff 4 tbsp of the Potato Masala inside the dosa.
• Masala Dosa is ready to serve with Chutney or Sambar. |
