Pidi Recipe

Ingredients:
• 2 Cups Rice Flour
• 1 Cup Water
• 4 small onions
• 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
• Salt to taste

Method:
|
• Grind onions, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and salt to a fine paste.
• Boil the water and add it to the rice flour and the paste. Knead it to a dough.
• Make small balls out of it and steam them for 5-7 minutes.
• Pidi is ready. |
