Poori Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Atta/Wheat Flour
• Salt to taste
• Water
• Oil for deep frying

Method:

• Mix Atta, Salt with required water until you get a nice soft and thick dough.
• Take out small balls of the dough and spread it using a rolling pin such that it has to be a little thick than what we do for chappathi.
• Heat oil in kadai and deep fry pooris. If the oil is not hot enough, poori will not fluff up. If the oil is too hot and smoking, poori will turn dark brown and burn.
• Serve the Poori hot with Potato Masala or any other Curry
