Ragi Dosa Recipe




Ingredients:

• 2 Cups Ragi Flour (Kezhvaragu)
• 1 Cup Rice Flour
• 1/2 Cup Curd
• 5-6 Green Chilies chopped
• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
• 1 Onion chopped
• few chopped Coriander Leaves
• few Curry leaves
• Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:
• Mix the ragi flour, rice flour and curd adding water[around 5 Cups] to form thin batter. Ensure that its not too runny.
• Add the onions, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt.
• Leave it aside for about 30 minutes.
• Heat a griddle. Just like Rava Dosa, pour a ladle of batter onto the hot pan (it will be lacey with several holes). Drizzle some oil and leave it undisturbed until the edges turn brown.
• Flip and cook the other side.
• Ragi Dosa is ready to serve with Chutney or Pickle.
