Kozhippidi Recipe




Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg Chicken
• 1 Cup Coconut milk
• 3 Onions chopped
• 2 Tomatoes chopped
• 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
• 1 tsp Garam Masla
• 1 tsp ground Pepper
• 1 tsp Chilli Powder
• 2 tsp Coriander Powder
• 2 Green chillies chopped
• pinch of Turmeric Powder
• Coconut oil
• few Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• few chopped Coriander leaves
Pidi

Method:
• Make Pidis.
• Heat oil in a pan. Add the curry leaves and onions.
• When onions turn light brown, add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, garam masala, ground pepper, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder green chillies, chicken pieces and salt.
• Cover and cook.
• When chicken is cooked, add the pidis and coconut milk. Reduce it to thick gravy.
• Garnish with coriander leaves and Kozhippidi is ready to serve
