Lemon Idiappam Recipe




Ingredients:

Idiappam
• Oil
• Salt to taste
• Mustard seeds
• Urad Dal
• few Curry leaves
• a pinch of Turmeric powder
• Finely chopped Green Chillies
• Lemon Juice

Method:
• Crumble or loosen the Idiappam strings using hands. Can leave few lumps. Keep it aside.
• Heat the oil in a pan. Add the mustards seeds. Allow it to splutter.
• Add the urad dal, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder.
• Remove from flame. Add enough lemon juice and salt.
• Add the crumbled Idiappam and mix well. Lemon Idiappam is ready to serve
