Pesarattu Recipe


Ingredients:

• 200 gms Green Gram 
• 2 tbsp Rice flour 
• cumin seeds 
• Green Chillies 
• Salt to taste 
• 2 tbsp Ginger paste 

Method:
• Soak the Green gram overnight.
• Grind them with other ingredients listed to a dosa batter consistency.
• Make dosas out of the batter.
• Serve them hot with Idli Podi, Chutney or Sambar.
