Rava Idli Recipe |
Ingredients:• 1 cup Rava |
Method: |
• Dry roast the rava till aroma comes out/turns light brown • Heat Oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add ginger, green chilies and channa dal. • Remove from heat and add the rava and mix well. • Add salt, soda bicarb, carrot, coriander leaves, coconut, curd and form a batter. Leave it aside for about 30 mins. • If required, you can add more curd to make it to idli batter consistency. • Grease the Idli plates with some oil or ghee, and pour the batter. Steam for 15-20 minutes. Remove, drizzle some ghee and enjoy with Peanut Chutney, or Sambhar. |
