Podi Idiappam Recipe




Ingredients:

Idiappam
Idli Podi
• Sesame Oil/Gingelly Oil

Method:
• Allow the freshly made Idiappam to cool or can use leftover Idiappam• Crumble or loosen the Idiappam strings using hands. Can leave few lumps• Add few tablespoons of Idli Podi according to taste• Add sesame oil to bind the Idiappam and the idli podi. Podi Idiappam is ready to eat.
